The Learned Asset Disposal Committee (ADC) headed by Chairman Hon’ble Justice Dilip Kumar Seth (Retd.) was constituted vide Order Dated 11th May, 2015 passed by the Hon’ble High Court, Calcutta. The Hon’ble High Court, Calcutta vide order dated September 21, 2023 was pleased to direct for creation of website for inviting claims from the Rose Valley Depositors as well as for furnishing other necessary information to be displayed in the website.
On 18th March, 2024 the Learned ADC has directed as follows :
The website of the ADC www.rosevalleyadc.com is launched. The Depositors are requested to upload their respective claims at the said ADC website. The procedure for lodging the claims is given in the said website. All are requested to follow the same. The payment towards the claims lodged are subject to verification and scrutiny.
